Share a Dream Foundation is committed to maintaining the highest standards of Corporate Governance. We have a proud track record of transparency and Share a Dream is signed-up to and compliant with all the best practice codes in the Irish Charity sector.

We believe that setting and maintaining these high standards is a key element in demonstrating accountability to our donors, funders and to taxpaying citizens.

It also supports us in providing the highest quality service to our clients and in ensuring the proper operation of our activities.

• We participated in establishing, are signed up to and compliant with the voluntary Governance Code for Irish charities. We are a Type B organization and you can read the Governance statement, adopted by our Board on 24th October 2015 is here.
• We are in the process of signing up to the voluntary ICTR 'Guiding Principles of Fundraising'.
