"Just A Smile"

"Just a Smile" - The song that will continue to make children smile....

We are delighted to announce the launch of "Just a Smile" on the 16th November which is a song written by Linda O'Leary who is hoping to raise funds for The Share a Dream Foundation. Linda's daughter Nicola won the National Child of Courage Award in 2011 and it was because of the immense difference that the Share a Dream Foundation made to both her daughter's and their family life that she decided to do something to raise money for us.

"Just a Smile" was inspired by having to watch her daughter struggle with daily pain and illness for the last 9 years and never really getting a chance to have happy carefree childhood, it was also inspired by seeing what a difference the Share a Dream Foundation can make by making wishes come true for specials needs and terminally ill children and giving them a little time away from their illness.

"I wrote this song", says Linda, "to help raise much needed funds for Share a Dream so they can continue to make Dreams come true for children all over Ireland. I want every family with a special needs or terminal ill child to experience what we have with the Share a Dream Foundation because sometimes life can be so short with these special children's that it is important to create really amazing memories" "Just a Smile" will be on sale from the Share a Dream office and other locations around Limerick to be announced soon. Buy a CD today and you are buying a smile

The song is now available on iTunes. Click the button below to purchase your copy now!

Cian's All Ireland Dream Comes true

Cian's All Ireland Dream comes true

10yr old Cian Harty from Mayo who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis had his dream come true last weekend when he got to see his county team play in the All Ireland football Final.

Although his team lost Cian had a fabulous day being treated like a real VIP as he watched the game with his dad in the Corporate box in true style.  A huge thanks to all our supporters in making this possible for Cian who is due to go for another big operation in October. According to Cian's mum Louise " I want Cian to relive this fantastic day in his head during his operation to get him through it and I can't thank you enough."
