Dreamland Update
Dreamland: Great excitement at Share a Dream on Thursday the 14th of July as our Italian design team arrived on site for three days to fit some of the play equipment for Dreamland. We can’t wait for the opening so be sure to stay tuned and follow us as the dream unfolds.
'Country Music Night' fundraising event
A great night at the Country Music Night organized by John Timmins in the Tullow Arms in Carlow in memory of sweet Katie Kealy. Special guest Seamus the “JCB man” was the star of the night.
The 'Bag Pack' fundraising event
A big thank you to ‘Dunnes Stores’ and especially the wonderful volunteers who helped us with our ‘Bag Pack’ fundraising event which took place at ‘Dunnes Stores’ in Harvey’s Quay on the 8th of July. The event raised an amazing amount of €910 to support ‘Dreamland’.
Family Fun Day and Tennis Ball Run
Special thanks to the ‘Patrickswell Community Council’ for raising an incredible €4500 for the Share a Dream Foundation, by hosting a Family Fun Day and Tennis Ball Run.
Rathgormack National School's Cake Sale
Shout out to the students of the ‘Rathgormack National School’ and their teacher, Ms. Deborah Cahill, for hosting a cake sale and donating their communion money in aid of Share a Dream. So, blown away by the wonderful support by these young children Shay Kinsella decided to take his Dream Team to their school on the 30th of July to put on a character show for everyone. The children students raised an astonishing €510.
